Java Google Maps v0.1

Recently I have been looking for a way to import Google Maps in Java, but couldn't find one. Doing a bit of research and with the knowledge gained from some forums, I have started creating my own Google Maps Java Library that will be uploaded soon. Currently, you can run the applet below as a demonstration of what this free project offers. I hope this could help someone, as it helped me.

    Hey Just wondering if there is any way I can help. Im looking at getting Google Maps into a Java Webstart program. Id like to try your Maps implementation if possible.

    Yes of course, I will release the first library in the following days. I have been doing some optimizations on the GUI these days. As you have may realized the buttons do not flicker anymore while you wander the map around, it loads quicker and in general it is optimized for better reliability.

    because i have read a lot of article about Google Map in Java, But in the Article explain me, i must use Web Application or Mobile Application for make my Application contain Google Maps.

    Although I like the app very much , I am wondering if this is allowed as per Google ToS. I have read somewhere that Google allows the use of maps only from within a browser so if that is the case , this is a violation.
